I did suspect it was a DNS issue, but if the IP address times out too then it is something else.
What browser are you using? and on what OS?
PS. if you haven't already done so, it is probably a good idea to power your router off for a minute and then let it restart, just to check it isn't the router having got a bit muddled.

Could it be @Barbaranunes IP being wrongly identified by KC as non-UK?

I guess that is possible it is a geo-fence issue - I have just tried accessing it from the USA, and it times out.
I'm not sure why they would restrict access, but maybe they do.
If you go to https://www.iplocation.net/ does it think you are in the UK or somewhere else?

This is probably an issue for Plusnet network staff to investigate further - I'm not using Plusnet's network so I don't see the same problem.
As a workaround you could try a VPN?

As it will take Plusnet forever and a day to try and resolve this, can I make a suggestion? I don't know if you can, but is it possible for you to ask KC where they think you are - quite a number of the IP blocks used by Plusnet have been bought from the USA (and possibly other countries) and some of the IP location databases are a little tardy in updating the locations. Equally, some of the users of these IPL services are slow to request updated tables. If KCom, for whatever reason, are using out-of-date information, this could be the reason for your problem.
