Router just died.

I have a Plusnet hub one I think and I restarted it today after my pc not picking up the signal and it has just died. Everytime I try to turn it on it flashes green for like 5 times and just dies and goes blank.
Do I get sent another router by Plusnet as it is their router that has stopped working?
Or is it on me to buy another third party one?

Re: Router just died.

@thebadman How long have you had this Hub? If @bobpullen picks this up, you may get a replacement.

Re: Router just died.

About two and half years. It's ok I rung them up and a replacement is being sent.

Re: Router just died.

@thebadman   With the postal strikes it might be worth checking ebay and gumtree for a BT HH6 in your locality. It performs really well, could be worth spending £10 to £25 to keep you going over Christmas and then to keep as a spare.
