Router return bag

Can you still get a return bag for old routers? I don’t have a printer and don’t want to have to pay for Royal Mail collect with label provided?

Searched the web but nothing recent.

Is there a bag order form or page?

Re: Router return bag

Thanks I did see that page but no printer and small charge?

How to return our router
Take it to the Post Office and return it free of charge

Just go to our Royal Mail page to create a returns label (opens new tab or window)

Attach the returns label to your packaging and take it to your nearest Post Office (opens new tab or window).

Keep your proof of postage until we let you know we've received our router. This usually takes about 7 days.

Arrange for Royal Mail to collect it from your home

You can book an at-home collection via Royal Mail for a small fee.

Simply go to Royal Mail Click and Drop (opens new tab or window) and select Send an item.

Then follow the steps and complete the online forms to arrange a collection.

Re: Router return bag

Do you not know anyone with a printer? And the charge only applies to home collections, and AFAIK, at the moment, they are currently free - they weren't when that page was created.

Re: Router return bag

Sorry don't know anyone with a printer previous routers i boxed, bagged and drop in a post box. Can't see why Plusnet can't continue to send out return bags instead of making the assumption people have printing facilities

Re: Router return bag

Fair enough. In that case, maybe give then a call, I think they can send you one on request.

Re: Router return bag

When you order a "click & collect" parcel from RM, there's an option to ask

postman to bring a printed label.
