Ah, OK. Assuming this is FTTC (Fibre To The Cabinet), the engineer will need to go to your local cab to set this up, but the chances are s/he won't actually visit you - a bit confusing, but that is how it works.

It’s Full fibre
In that case you would normally need an engineer!. Was there a previous occupier of the property and did they already have Full fibre ? if so is there an Openreach box somewhere that looks like the one on here https://support.aa.net.uk/Openreach_FTTP_ONT ?
