Thought I had ordered a hub 2 router with my renewal

Hello community,

First time posting here

So I recently renewed my contract and went with unlimited fibre extra. This went live on the 8/2/23.

I must have totally missed the option or something went a miss when asking for a hub 2 router, or I'm still waiting on it to arrive?

Do I ask here for help, or shall I cancel this current order (as I'm within 14 days) and reorder again in the hope I get my hub 2 router?

Appreciate the help.

@moggies2 welcome to the forum.

In my case I received an email to confirm I ordered a Hub Two when I renewed.

I would say there is no need to cancel the order to get one, try calling 0800 013 2632 and ask for one.

I can get a new router sent out but it would be 6.99 for the postage and packaging.

 

Is that ok with you?
