Unable to amend access controls on Plusnet hub manager

I have Plusnet wifi but actually use a BT Smart Hub 2 as a router (original Plusnet router didn't work). Everything has worked fine for several years but now I'm trying to change the access controls to limit the time my son has internet access on his device. I can log into the hub manager but it's grey coloured, not Plusnet branded, and the access control panel says refer to the app. It doesn't say which app and I can't find anything other than a Plusnet app for mobiles. I can download the BT app but can't gain access as I'm not actually a BT customer. Any ideas?

It’s not clear how this works with BT stuff which might well be tied to a BT account - try https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/manage-service/how-do-i-use-bt-access-controls--wi-fi-controls--

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

If the interface is grey (with blue hover styling) then it's the BT Hub Manager you're looking at which has no ability to manage access controls. As the message aludes to, BT customers do this via the hub management controls in the BT app (which you probably can't use if you're not a BT customer).
