Using a wifi 6 mesh on Plusnet Hub 2 in bridge mode

I currently have full fibre 500 from Plusnet and would like to improve my Wi-Fi network by introducing a Wi-Fi 6 mesh network. Am I right in thinking that if I put my Plusnet hub 2 into bridge mode and connect a Wi-Fi 6 mesh network such as the TP-Link Deco X60 AX5400 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System this would allow me to get Wi-Fi 6 speeds throughout my home? Or would I need to do something else in order to get the Wi-Fi 6 experience?

@AdiSmalley  you don't need the Hub 2 at all, just connect the Deco to the ONT, and configure its Wan for PPPoE with your plusnet username & password

Did this work?  I'm thinking of getting the Deco X60 AX5400 when I move to Plusnet early next month.

Re: Using a wifi 6 mesh on Plusnet Hub 2 in bridge mode

Hi, I have just bought  Strong Wi-Fi Mesh kit AX3000. Can I do the same with this please?

If so, do you know if there is somewhere I can get instructions on how to "configure its Wan for PPPoE with your plusnet username & password", please?

Thanks

Gren

if it's the tp-link one you need to download the app and set it up.

HI dVORAK.

No the mesh system is actually called

"Strong Wi-Fi Mesh kit AX3000"  it looks like it uses the 'Atria' app, I have now discovered thank you Smiley
