Re: Wifi connection

Hi @Alruthin

Sorry to hear of the problems with your WiFi.

I've checked things over from my side and the broadband seems to be working as expected. I believe that the issue may be caused by wireless interference. I would suggest following the steps within our router guides to try and improve the wireless signal. Further information can be found here.

Re: Wifi connection

@Alruthin  Am I correct in saying you have just started a new "Fibre" contract. From your other posts you were not sure about the change to a broadband only service. Was the Wi-Fi working OK previously and was WI-FI calling working on your mobile, if so nothing should have changed. Wi-Fi is often called Internet but it isn't. If you connect a device using an ethernet cable to the router is that working OK? Possibly something has gone wrong with the new service and you do not have a reliable connection through the network back to Plusnet.

Re: Wifi connection

@jab1  The OP has made 3 posts, 2 recently.  I didn't spot the date of this post. but it's a bit of a mystery why it it showed up as a new post earlier today and was moved by @Baldrick1. I also reported that replies were not enabled, perhaps I shouldn't have bothered. The forum seems to behave rather unpredictably these days.🤔
