Good morning, please how can I check my router is set for port forwarding this is too seed using torrents.
in the router it shows the following, does this mean my port 42150 is open

You can check a port forward rule is working using this site https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
There is a requirement for the device to be ready for connections for this test to give a positive result.
But, if you look at the Technical Event Log you will see an incoming connections for that port, the message will look something like
