I may be wrong but I don’t think you can. I understand that Plusnet can reset it for you. What precisely are you trying to do?

Are you wanting to remotely perform remote admin on your router?

Depending on the router it is possible - but you need to be super-careful with security.

Opening the admin interface of your router to the wide open web is never a good idea! There will always be someone trying to access it and passwords aren't totally unbreakable.

A firewall allowing only expected IP's would be the bare minimum recommendation otherwise a VPN to administer over would be a better option which then means the HTTP port would not be exposed.
