Hi @Ray3 welcome to the forum
Which TP-Link extender are you using?
Have you tried a factory reset and restart the pairing process again?
Does the extender support the TP-Link tether app? Failing that have you tried connecting to it using a web browser to check the status pages of the extender?
Dan.

Hi, my TP Link extent enders are TP PA 4010
Yes, I have carried out a factory reset several times, and they will still not connect to the internet.
Yes, they support the TP-Link tether App
I will try connecting to a browser, but you should know I have four extenders, all pair OK and give me a strong signal, but there is no security on the link network.
Many thanks
Ray3

TP PA 4010
That's a powerline exender not a wifi extender.
You've not got it connected to the red WAN port on the Hub 2 by any chance ?
It needs to be connected to one of the 3 LAN ports

I thought TL-PA4010 are powerline adapters, are you usingWPA4220 Wi-Fi extenders as well?
Are they all using the same network name as this will cause them not to connect to each other and the Hub, I use the tpPLC to set that, select Secure. Make sure the devices are registered first.

Hi Dan, My extenders are all(4) 4010P. They all worked well extending my Wi-Fi when using the Hub 1 router. They are all linked well and show a strong signal, but no security
Many thanks Dan

As they are Powerline devices you should not of needed to change the settings on any of them, just remove the Ethernet cable from the Hub one and plug it in to a Hub2 LAN port.
I’m confused by you mentioning WiFi. I thought that these were Ethernet extenders. Are these wireless satellites? If so are you trying to use the same SSID as the hub?

Ray,
The devices you describe are for distributing wired internet connections around the your property using a cable connected to the Hubs LAN port 1,2 or 3. Not the port marked WAN. TP-PA4010P would have a passthrough mains socket.
I use these devices so I am very familiar with them, but saying that I am confused with what your issue is as none of the device are wireless access point, they extend the LAN ports.
