The survey asks Which? readers and customers to rate suppliers for reliability, value for money and customer service. This will give us two lovely shiny, new ‘Which? Recommended’ logos to proudly display! To become a “Which? Recommended Provider” a product must receive an overall score of at least 70% in the consumer survey.
