I am really frustrated at not being able to speak with anyone on the above number. All sections seem to be busy with a 20min wait and this seems to be every time I decide to ring. I like to speak with a person rather than sending emails to the support section. Am I the only one that feels this. Plusnet have got to rectify this problem.

Hardly worth mentioning at all really...... total misconception
I have just rung up to check on the wiating times.... the page quotes waiting time is 2 mins 8 seconds.... (just changed to 3 mins 53 seconds ) av time 2 min 10 seconds
on the phone, "All our agents are busy ........ jaw jaw jaw plusnet site jaw jaw jaw.... waiting time is in excess of TEN MINUTES....
Need I say more?

There's a possibility that the message is inaccurate as I know the guys have to put it on the IVR manually i.e. the system itself isn't clever enough yet to know what the wait time is.
Also some IVR options will be busier than others, you might get straight through to one department but be waiting a while for another.
The stats aren't perfect, but they're available nonetheless and do have their uses IMHO.
