This is frankly ridiculous now.
From 16-19 December I had no service due to DNS failures (or something - could get an IP but not connect to any site and losing 75% of packets when pinging).
Then from 23 December till now I have had no service at all. Cannot get an IP address and no DSL light on the router. And it is NOT my hardware. Tried 2 routers, 3 microfilters, 2 sockets, 3 cables.
Every time I phone customer "service" I get told - "should be later today" or "should be tomorrow".
One or two, or even a few days, is understandable. But 14 days of outages with no end in sight is a complete joke.
Although just lucky the billing system is still working.
