Have to be something your team can do because an answer like distance with the exchange or phone line will not satisfy myself, I want a normal broadband, even if I cant get the 10 Mb, fact I knew, I just want to surf without time to get a couple of coffees meanwhile websites are loading.

Can you try connecting to the test socket inside the master socket with the filter and nothing else connected (no phones).
We then need the statistics reported by your router (sync speed, attenuation and noise margin) and/or the results of another BT speed test.

There are at least 2 problems. The first being BT's Speedtest/DLM, it's giving you a profile which is nearly 50 times greater than your sync speed. The second why are you only syncing at 288Kbps.
Can you post your router stats and PN Current line speed. For info on router stats go http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.php and for PN current line speed go https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed

This probably will only confirm that BT's DLM system has put you are on a banded profile because it has seen problems with your line. If it's not banded connecting the modem into the test socket of the master will show if there's a problem with your interal wiring.

Where could be the problem with my internal wiring, if with the same wiring I got once the right speed......l? And in that case, could you tell me how to fix it, because the wiring I'm using is the one provided for you, and following website instruction and having the connection in the internal master socket, like you showed me.

As for internal wiring problems this include devices attached to extensions using the test socket disconnect everything so it's a good place too start to establish whether the problem is internal or external. If it's external then it's down to BT fix. For internal wiring problems the main cause is the ring wire and you can read about this http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/socket.htm

The last Bt test showed results even worst, now I'm back where I was before.....I don't know if is BT, I don't know if is Plusnet, but if already I got the normal speed that's mean I'm able to received that one. ANd for sure there is a problem with my provider, and that is Plusnet, the one I'm paying from the first day, and the one is not able to give a normal speed, and I'm feeling I'm losing my time and throwing my money to the rubbish bin, If with the same connection and wiring i got 10 Mb during ten minutes, just make the changes necessary for that..........
