one thing is the support team for some reason belive i have another new Router ?, the one i have have now is the second one which they sent me 3 month ago ??, or have they sent another or just confused

I've just had a look, I think he's saying that the line is testing fine but interleaving is still on, which can increase ping times - now the line's stable do you want us to turn that off for you?

Hi Ron,
I'm getting someone to look over the capture logs with me soon. With regards to interleaving I'll place an order now to get that turned off. It should take about 72 hours over all.

Hia Adam have you had a chance to look over the logs ?
am still having probs    and still get errors streaming HD i player insufficient bandwidth , and high pings on game servers  , thing is when i do speed test everthing loooks ok , have had the odd test showing lower speeds .
but still intermittent probs with latentcy

We can see any problems according to those logs, are things any better without interleaving now?

sorry Adam  ,    no change
the thing that realy peevs me is , i have a top of range PC capable of streaming video,s that i can watch in HD and a monitor thats full 1080p and i am not getting the full use of it.
altho i built it for mainly gameing  and have just bought my second ATI 6870 for crossfire 
it looks like i am let down by some wierd gremlins on the connection side of the equation which is impossible to locate.
but there is hope  i belive my local excange is due to upgrade WBC to 21cn soon this month maybe that may help .
maybe if it was just the game side i could put it down the servers themselves but it looks like its only me with the prob , and with not being able to stream HD which BBC says requires 3.5 connection " i get nearly 7 " i just cannot explain it

was begining to think it was a problem with the game i play BC2, but i have just downloaded  " BF play 4 free" i know its only a beta , but i get same problem game freezing LAG high pings and connection errors

Any joy getting some pathpings done? Let me know if you need any advice on how to do that.

hi Adam yes have done pathping but they all look fine all low ping times .
but 5 mins ago i had this see upload, the server had a ping of 36 on server browser when i loaded it .

thing is pathping, and other test only show the time its run, not the times i have sudden ping spikes so you cannot see when i have disconects or laggy games , even my bt speed tests have shown ok except the once i caught it less than 3 .
sry but i dunno what to suggest  :'(.
and its not just gaming sometimes its brill some it real Pooh
