16 days wait for ticket being reolved

i have now been escalated again 
but it looks as they say the line is fine , but sugest i try another router ?
is there a list of compatible routers to try .

this afternoon  14.15   was on a german server " super@bad"  . ping was 18 see first upload, then look at second

Sorry I wasn't able to get back to you yesterday. I can see we've asked if you've tried an alternate router as we're struggling to find anything at our side that might be causing your issue. Is that something you've been able to do?

hi Adam , at the moment i am unable to try a new Router as i do not know which ones would be comatible with PN connection, is there a list of ones you recomend ?

Hi Ron,
We don't recommend any specific routers, though any ADSL enabled router will work fine with our service - if it's just for testing though it might be easier to borrow one if you can, unless you were after a new router anyway.
