For information...
The PlusNet portal is 'down' in parts. It is not possible to log into the portal due to an internal systems issue. Consequently it is not possible to update the service status page.
PlusNet support is aware and are working on it.
IVR should notify any callers that there is a known issue.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
