Hi,
signed up to plusnet fiber extra on the 31st October thinking I would be up and running with super fast broadband in around 10 days, however the engineer appointment I have been given is not until the 30th November!
When i signed up I requested that the appointment should be on the 14th or 15th November.
To make things worse I have ended my account with my existing ISP, meaning I will be without any broadband for 30 days!
Is this setup/Engineer time normal as it it not what I was expecting?

Unfortunately, yes that can be normal in some cases. Our suppliers lead time for fibre installations are based purely on availability at the moment and we are seeing some orders going through with a 4 or 5 week lead time.
I'm sorry if that isn't convenient or expected.
