What's going on? surely they have had enough time to do the work needed and let me into my emails?
Unfortunately, my route into the internet is through Plusnet, bad decision....

I'm not actually sure what problem you're having as there have been no tickets on your account since June.
What's the issue you're having as I can't see anything immediately obvious on your account.

Are you using our webmail (webmail.plus.net) or getting this error when using an email client such as Outlook?
I can't replicate any problems on the service, I've been able to browse to webmail and collect my emails without any issues and there are no problems on your account that could be causing this.
