7 months after a rather painful migration, I thought I would post an update of my service/treatment from PN.
I am pleased to say that all has been well, very well.
A year ago I was with BE broadband, and receiving 21meg download 24/7 with no disconnections or problems.
Stupidly I changed to BT so I could get btvision.
What an awful mistake!
My download dropped straight away to under 9 meg.
BT told me that under no circumstances would my line hold more than 9 meg, and that there was no way I was getting 21meg for a year before them, despite dozens of calls, and a dozen engineer visits, BT simply would not admit the problem was their end, even though a dozen engineers had also said so, so OI came to PN.
I have had a perfect phone service and broadband ever since.
I am getting around 16 - 18meg download depending on time of day, and considering it is coming down BT's wires and not LLU, thats quite good.
I have no disconnections, a very stable connection, and a low ping.
Thanks alot PN, keep up the good work.

Well, its 10 years for me with Force 9 (now plusnet of course) - live in south Yorkshire so the local internet company is brilliant
Did have a problem over Christmas with intermittent drop of internet - what can I say - handled really well by plusnet - and now sorted - the staff there are great - well done to you all
William

Some people have better things to do - unfortunately I am not one of them

Actually I just got back from a short walk this afternoon - about 8 miles as I decided not to take the short way back and it was getting a bit dark when I got back to the car
