A Big Thank you!!

Morning
Following on from my previous thread [ My plusnet experience so far] I would to add this glowing commendation for [removed]
He took ownership of my problems and I am now happy to say that I have a fibre connection again, Stephen was incredibly helpful at all times and if he said he would call me at a specific time I would get that call, he chased BT and even fast tracked my appointment as I had waited so long with the problems i was having.
He is an asset to Plusnet and hopefully other agents can learn from his excellent customer service skills.

Thanks for the positive feedback Michael, although you may face the wrath of the mods for quoting a support agent's name as I think it's against the forum rules! Wink
I'll make sure both the agent in question and his line manager are forwarded your comments though.
