Hi I have come hear to sing praises for a member of your staff who went over and above the call of duty to sort my new broadband deal.
I have been with plusnet for over seven years and I have heard a few moans about the way in which plusnet does and does not do things so I thought I would come here to say thank you publicly  to DOUGLAS  or Doug as he prefers of your support team. Douglas you did a great job for me and I thank you. To the bosses that employ Doug I hope you realise what a great bloke you have working for you, he went the extra mile.
