A massive thanks to Plusnet

Id like to extend my greatest thanks and appreciation to support and sales for bailing me out of a very difficult financial situation by managing to restore my previously deleted mailbox, I had moved to Shell under the advice of Money supermarket and a switch deal, and that was a big mistake, go live day was a disaster , with no broadband nor phone line for 4 days, thankfully plusnet came to the rescue, signed me up once more and as mentioned, support were able to recover my previous account and email address, without this I was facing financial difficulty as my overseas investment account would not, no matter what, let me change my email address, therefore preventing me to be able to withdraw any money from my pension to live on, so a big thanks to all a Plusnet, I have learnt a valuable lesson , I was with Plusnet issue free for years, just to save a few quid , I took the Shell offer, never moving again.🖖
