A positive feedback

As we don't seem to see that many positive threads started on here, I thought I'd just say 'thank you' to the lady who took my call yesterday .
I woke up to find I had no connection to the 'net, did (or so I thought) all the obvious checks and still failed, so rang about 0930, expecting to be stuck in a queue. Instead, the call was picked up on the second ring, I explained the problem, and 'S' imeadiatley  explained the problem and gave me the resolution. This involved a bit of toing and frowing for me, but she was patient, and waited until I confirmed everything was OK.
Thanks again - and if there is any way this can be passed on, I'd be grateful.
John

Re: A positive feedback

Hi jab1,
Thank you for taking the time to pass this feedback on! I've passed this on to the advisor you spoke to and their manager.
I'm sure you've put a smile on their faces Smiley
