A very unhappy long standing customer

And I am in Market 1 and I could of had it for £8.50 if was a new customer this is what I feel is wrong why couldnt Long standing customer get any saving who spents HUNDREDS at PN for MANY years that is why I am trying to get something back for the loyalty

Sorry Rookey - I think you misunderstood me.  I was referring to the Wholesale price (what we pay BT to supply a service).
