Absolutely appalled by the service recieved so far.
Engineer booked for Wednesday 20th. Cancelled via email no explanation. Rescheduled via email for Monday 25th. I was never asked if this was convenient and if I cancelled £50 charge would applied.
Engineer didn't turn up. I had two ring plus net twice to find out the engineer had been cancelled again.
No explanation. Broadband expected to be live 27th.... not going to happen.
Rang customer services was told I had to make a complaint on here however I no broadband so had to use my data which I'm now being charged for as well as losing a days pay on Monday. Contacted live chat who are neither use nor ornament. Told me to go to member centre! I have no Internet remember phone is best. Was told I can't speak to a manager and I can't make a complaint over the phone.
Appalled is a massive understatement
