Thanks for getting back to us, it looks like we haven't received confirmation of the returns just yet. I've just added a response to the ticket regarding the refund.

Someone has now posted all the boxes back to you - please confirm you have them.

If you peeled off the little label on your address label and stuck it on the pink returns bag then they should be able to cross reference that 'unique code' to your account.

But if you didn't, Plusnet will have the serial numbers of the items you returned, so they should be able to verify this way too.

(just thought I'd point that out)

Out of interest from whom was this service migrated? Issues migrating from LLU suppliers (Sky & Talk Talk) are not unknown when the line pairs are swapped back to BT by BT.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Plusnet - did you receive all the boxes yet?  He put all the boxes into a big purple bag.  we have proof of postage if needed.

 

When will he get his refund?

Hi @IvancStevens, I can see information relating to this was provided on the ticket here, if you could please add a reply onto this and let us know once done we can pick this up and action it for you.

 

 

With regards to the return, I'm unable to check this myself but will chase this up on Monday and get back to you, though I would imagine this has now been received.
