Add some wifi value

With most mobile phones now equipped with wifi it would be really nice
if PN customers could have some Openzone minutes thrown into the deal.
It would be perceived added value (possibly real to many) and may be more
cost effective than a price drop.

IIRC it wasn't well used and there was little profit in it?  With an increasing No. of people with their own dongles and 'free' WiFi in abundance it would need a good business case.
