That's a great suggestion - as long as people have the option to do the quizz or listen to music

On a chargeable call (such as an 0845 number), I think I'd rather listen to the (free) ringing out tone than pay to listen to the dreadful stuff most systems seem to play. If I must pay for the privilege, I'd rather be updated frequently on my position in the queue.

For part of my job I have to work behind one of these queuing systems and unfortunately in this day and age they are a necessary evil.
