Note that account changes take place on your billing date. You need to make sure you formally place the ticket requesting the change in good time otherwise you'll have another month to wait.

I had rather hoped that I would not have to post again, but now as a result of the original problems & the downgrade to value broadband in Mid October, sadly, I have several billing queries on the 2nd bill, due to be collected by direct debit on 6th November. Maybe this was inevitable?  Roll_eyes
I raised a new ticket #61744231 about these at 19.51 last night, but as yet there has been no response. Given the fairly short time before the debit debit may be applied, an early response would be appreciated.
Maybe Adam Walker can take a look at the ticket?

Adam. Please see your earlier reply #16 on this thread.
I have now decided to request the 120 GB monthly usage on ADSL broadband & have raised a new ticket #62109064 via the trials link.
I should grateful if you would confirm the date on which this additional usage will become available?
Maybe, at some later point, I shall have the confidence to go for a fibre installation which would have been my preferred route? However, at this stage there still seem to be some issues for a minority of customers with these installations (which are outside Plusnet's control) .
