Well..... things seem uber stable. Now Sync uptime is over 6days and although last night internet slowed to a crawl, a change to a different gateway solved that (presume its the world cup causing this...)
Very few errors, see stats posted below.
I am going to close the ticket off now, and live in hope. Roll_eyes Roll_eyes
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both Adam and Matt, who have made my fault a priority of theirs, and to be honest these chaps are an absolute credit to PlusNet, and people like these, are really why people stick with PlusNet.  What really irks, is they have to deal with the customers, and also BTs antiquated and archaic systems of fault finding, which really need to be dragged into the 21st century,  I am reading of more and more people having issues on 21CN, much like the original move to DSLMax.  BT just have not learnt have they..... 
Is there any way of polling your customer base with a questionaire, on how we feel Bt should run fault finding.  the more ISPs who harrass BT, then something may get done
Anyhow, thanks very very much, and I hope not to be posting in the thread again Cheesy Cheesy
