Just letting you know the BTOR engineer has been, installed and now left
Only thing I'd like to get checked is that I'm on the correct profile? I seem to be maxing at 40 instead of around 70+. I know there are no guarantees but he ran a line test whilst here and said there shouldn't be any major problems on the line.

Glad to hear you've had your fibre installed! I've checked the order and our systems and you've been provisioned at the right speed profile. I'd advise keeping an eye on speeds over the next few days and let us know if you don't see any improvement.

I can't see anything obvious myself that might cause that but I'm sure Chris or a member of the faults team will be able to help with that.

Oh well, not the end of the world and nothing can be done about it. I was checking the machine with the BTOR engineer and it seems I'm pretty much at my max sync speed on the line so it seems there's nothing you guys can do at Plusnet.
My only final comment is when ordering, my estimated speed that is quoted as +/-1Mb is way out....
