Interesting bit of info in an article about the departure of the BTO CEO
[quote=http://www.thinkbroadband.com/news/7250-joe-garner-to-step-down-as-openreach-ceo-as-he-moves-to-nationwide.html]Recent changes in the way Openreach deals with end-users (remember Openreach customers are actually people like Sky, BT Wholesale and TalkTalk) with the introduction of the View My Engineer system to help end-users know where an engineer is have the ability to improve the perception of service levels but we are coming across people where retail providers have not told their customers about the option - suggesting that even as Openreach changes the latency in how the retailers deal with changes is not always the best it can be.
Are Plusnet intending to let their customers know about this I wonder?

How many years before Plusnet's systems can integrate this?

I have some screenshots of the new VME service (which actually looks like a major improvement/step forward):
