Hi James,

The connection is still looking stable but I'd agree it's best to keep the engineer booking re the speed issue.
I've passed on some notes for the engineers to make them aware that they need to look at that problem and that the connection is stable but fingers crossed the engineer should be able to get this sorted for us:

Hi Adam,
I'm very sorry to report that my internet is down again!
My girlfriend noticed that it had dropped our yesterday, about 6pm, and it was still down this morning.  Angry
Please can you look into it for me.

Hi there,
Really sorry to hear about that. I've run a few checks but can't see anything obvious I'm afraid. I can see that the connection was stable for around 8 days before it started to drop:

I'd be best advising you to raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net or by calling 0800 432 0200 to get that looked into.
