heres my reply...
the money i pay to plusnet gose into BT black holes ..... if i complain to you about your services wether i have a account with you OR NOT ....
then you should look into the complain and not pass the blame.... and last time i looked 0844 WAS NOT A FREE NUMBER... so what training do the people have who reply to tickets.... not much by the looks of things... you have my phone number... and it should be on your system...
I WANT BT TO TELL ME HOW I ENDED UP ON UR MARKETING SYSTEM....
i dont want to mess about with middle men.... BT is the parent company of plusnet...
so their for legaly speaking i do have a BT account and even if i did not have a account you can not refuse to look at a complain i raise with you ... so deal with it and no fobbing off!
sorry not meaning to put plusnet down... cant complain now fiber is running great

I think this should be your next step: http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints/marketing.aspx
Probably wouldn't do any harm to inform BT what you are doing - it might make them take your complaint more seriously.
