Bad Support

Saturday 6.2.16 I contacted advisor that I had problem with broadband.Advisor didnt help me so I feeled report to special team.On my account showed question(number) for 3 days that testing my connection min. 24 hours.After 3 days plusnet delete this question didnt fixed my broadband,no call,no email..plusnet ignore problem.Im not suprised because plusnet is very bad company.I saw a lot a feedback from another customers.Nobody not recommended plusnet and I know why!!!Best way for all customers dont switch to plusnet !!!!!thanks

Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your fault ticket, I can see you replied to this yesterday and it definitely has not been deleted.
Reading the fault ticket, you've reported a speed problem but the speed test results you've provided are absolutely where I'd expect them to be based on your line estimates.
I see you've also mentioned DNS and MTU, what is the issue you're having and is the problem specific to your PS4?

Seeing its a PS4, then I presume this is a WiFi issue, which adds to the complexity of diagnosing what the problem may be.
It would be worth following the advice and diagnosis in the help pages http://www.plus.net/help/broadband/ from a wired connection.

In test speed show me only 35 down and 5 up plus error message : the router in ise might not support ip packet fragmentation and some network features of the ps4 might be restricted.For details contact the router manufacter...this is MTU problem and game will be laging..ports is opened also I tryed static ps4 ip address put to dmz..no change..if I tested my MTU on pc..show me 1460 pass 1461 need fragmention..so 1460+28 is 1488...on ps4 I set mtu automatically and show me error....next I turned off plusnet hub one and I connected huawei echolife HG-612 modem/router and MTU was 1464 pass so 1464+28=1492 again on ps4 I leave MTU automatically and test result was without error...so I asking why?...show me on my router dns :213.120.234.42 & 213.120.234.38 this dns is safeguard dns but on my account is off...http://www.plus.net/support/customer_service/using/settings.shtml...fibre connection should be MTU 1492 ?correct?

this forum is not an official method to getting a response from plusnet.
you may get a response at some point, but you may not.
