Re: Been a member for 5 mins

Yeah I did that, after a protracted convo on the tickets I was told that I had to phone a cancellation line.
They have now promised to refund my money and cancel my account
Just have to make sure I cancel any Direct Debit that may appear

Re: Been a member for 5 mins

Sorry you feel like that, I'd be surprised if you get any better anywhere else. Of course, by the time you place an order elsewhere and get connected, the MBORC may have been lifted. Don't forget even if you go/are LLU that still depends on OpenRetch.

Sorry to hear that you're leaving before you've even had our services, if there's is anything I can help with or if you have any further questions then please let me know.

It would be interesting to see the stats for how many installs are delayed & the reason for the delay.

Re: Been a member for 5 mins

Thats the best thing you could do is leave,I had nothing but problems when i first signed up, Delayed Delayed, Delayed
And you get soooo many different stories off plusnet, i did eventually manage to find one advisor who told me the truth and in the end it was the truth,
But just AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Re: Been a member for 5 mins

You're absolutely right, you should avoid signing up to ANY ISP at the moment because OpenRetch who do the actual work for all of them are overloaded as a result of damage caused by bad weather and in badly affected areas long delays are unavoidable to new orders. Priority is being given to fixing faults.

It's a shame some people can't read the information they are given.
