Beyond the call...

Just wanted to say a thank you to a particular CSC who took personnal charge of ensuring my domains got transferred back to to PN with the minimal of fuss considering the mess I got into transferring them out a few weeks ago Cheesy
The rules say I cannot mention the agent by name but, considering I am only a free PAYG customer now, I felt that this was above and beyond the call of duty and due thanks should be publicly given.
Still a great service, as always Smiley
