Hi Jelv,
I've just had a look at your bill, all the items on there are correct, the only issue I can see is a spurioous £1 discount which means that the bill is incorrect but it is in your favour.
This was corrected last month.
Let us know if you have any specific concerns though.

I was referring to the spurious discount.
Although the Max Premium has now been correctly reapplied to this month if you check what I've actually paid you'll see that no correction has been made in respect of the underpayment last month. Are you intending to write that off?
