Billing issues

Despite discussing billing issues with PlusNet customer support and their billing department on the 20 February 2020 and [CSA Removed] and [CSA Removed] both agreeing l was overcharged this month l still can't get clarification on a refund due or if next month's bill will be correct.
l have also tried following following up online (20 February 2020) with no response.
l had the same problem last year with incorrect billing.
Do l need to resort to cancelling my direct debit before this is resolved?

Only cancel your direct debit if you want problems getting a debt collection agency off your back adding to the mix!
