Billing on broadband and mobile

Just a big thanks to plusnet on broadband and mobile billing,I get a email each month telling what will come out of my bank account for plusnet.This helps to budget for the next month Also it gives plenty of warning when the payments will come out of your bank account,which again is helpful.Well done plusnet,great service ,thanks again,and all your staff take care in these not so good times.your service has improved for me a 100 fold .I will use you again for broadband and mobile👍👍

Really nice that someone takes the time to say thank you when things are good!  I am sure it will be appreciated.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
