Brilliant Plusnet Service

I just wanted to post to say how briliant the service has been from plus net whilst setting up our phone and broadband
The lady (Natalie) I talked with to set up our account was lovely, helpful and very friendly.
Both phone and internet have been up and running earlier than we were informed and infact the phone only took 2 hours from my set up call, which was FAB
Prior to setting up I had chatted on line with plusnet and found this service to be fast, whilst giving me all the info I needed about the services provided.
Plusnet....you rock
Our first priority was customer service and after dealing with alot of other providers we decided plus net was by far the best and that was why we chose you.
