Re: Broadband

Hi there,
I've had a look into this and it's not a provisioning error, your number in all the systems I can think to check is the one we have stated. Looks like there's a fault so I've passed it to the fault guys.

Re: Broadband

Hmm, the line tests show ok.
I've tried calling you but unfortunately you're not available.
Can you advise where the other number came from (you say the broadband checker but if you could just verify which one)? And also confirm whether you get a dial tone in the master socket?
Once we've answered these we can get a fault raised and someone out to sort it.

Re: Broadband

Can you receive incoming calls (either on your assigned number or the one given by 17070)?

Which number did you call Mand? Hopefully it was a mobile number!

Re: Broadband

It depends on what the problem is to be honest. We've got a fault raised and should have an update later on today.

Re: Broadband

Still awaiting some form of update other than it being with BT Provisioning....
Assume my billing date will be changed to reflect the fact I am not currently renting a line?

Re: Broadband

Hi there,
We need to arrange an engineer, I've tried calling you but can't get through.
Can you let me know when's good to call, or advise on appointment times?

Re: Broadband

Hi Mand,
Very busy with work at the moment so couldn't answer my phone - best to ring before 10am really.
Appointments shouldn't be a problem as my flat mate is usually here during the day so asap would be most preferable as we are getting very bored waiting for internet at this stage.

We've requested the earliest available appointment, I'll update you once it's booked.

Re: Broadband

The problem was finally fixed yesterday morning and only took the engineer 5 minutes.... obviously nothing major in the end.
Can you let me know how to go about getting the billing dates changed to reflect the actual day our phone and broadband activated? This question seems to have been ignored in the ticket.
