Hi,
If you call 0800 432 0200 then go to 'talk about your account', 'moving house' you get told:
Press 1 to tell us you're moving home
Press 2 for an update about an existing move
However pressing 2 just repeats the same 'Press 1...' message again and again when I try

Not sure - it happened yesterday on my iphone, and again today on my landline, and believe me I tried pressing '2' a lot of times
