Can I cancel an order when ive not even had the guy round to install the line?

The ACS law thing has left me looking for the nearest exit here, I paid the 49.99 setup fee for the guy to come out and install a line. He is due in my home in 2 weeks time.
Is it possible to cancel does anyone know?

Hey, You should be able to cancel within 14 days no problem and get a full refund from Plusnet. Give Plusnet a ring.
