I'm glad to see an engineer's identified a problem and believes to have fixed it today.

Testing your broadband service is showing a potential issue still so I've raised a broadband fault to our suppliers for further investigation and we'll update you as soon as we know more.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Thanks for this, but my broadband has been fine all morning. I've just done a wireless Speedtest and get
Ping 12ms Download 34.55Mbps, (didn't get an upload speed.)
which is the best I've seen since getting fibre earlier this year. Streaming radio and short news videos have been troublefree.

I did ask the Openreach engineer who phoned this morning @8:45am, if the fault he found at the cabinet would have caused the loss of broadband last night as well as the landline issue. He said yes, but all should be fine after his fix.

But you folks have the diagnostic tools so I'll keep an eye on the ticket and this thread.

Ah I'm happy to see your broadband's a lot better now after the engineer's fix at the cabinet. 

Running a test now is showing everything's OK so I've updated and closed the ticket.
