The change product tag from the main user page is not working.

I've just tested this out now and it seemed to work fine.
Could you please try this again for us, if it fails to work for you could you provide a screengrab so we can get a better idea of what's happening at your side please?

Hi Adam, My son (klloyd) logged on via my connection (using his log on details) to change to Extra. When he clicked on Change Product tag it came back saying there was am error and staff were aware. He updated via phone.

I've just cast an eye over Kevin's account, it looks like the problem was just affecting him, I can't be sure but it looks like it may have been an issue with the alignment of billing dates.
