We have recently moved house and we were given the date of 07/07/16 as the latest to move across our plus net broadband package. Since then we have received numerous texts and emails constantly pushing the date back. We have now received a date of 19/07/16, a moth since our original phone call, and 2 weeks later than their latest date given! Has anyone experienced this problem before and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies for the delays first of all. I can see this happened because of a data mis-match issue that prevented us for a while from ordering broadband for you.
I'm glad to see that side of the issue is overcome and that we're now just waiting for broadband to activate on the date you mentioned.
It's not good to see that we're connecting you later than anticipated but we will make sure you're refunded for the downtime when the service is activated.
