This isn't related to the Community and I don't have any information that would be of any use to anyone regarding this. The Chat stuff is controlled by another department.

I have a feeling the right people already know. @LouisaMartin is probably the best person to ask about this to be honest as she might know whats going on.
Thanks Jack. It could be one of the reasons why we continue to get a number of reports of 'Chat' being unavailable, so quite an important thing to fix.
